The first version of this emulator was released at 2005/04/01.
This HP-65 emulator requires the runtime library version 5.0a available at the SIM67
page.
This runtime is intended to use on windows XP , windows Vista (32 bits) , windows 7 (32 bits)
The new version for windows 10 requires the runtime library version 9 service pack 2.
