Only for versions of 32 bits. The runtime was tested well for Windows XP, Windows Server 2000
and Windows Server 2003.

How to install: Unzip part1. Put the executable of
part 1 at the same place with other parts. Run the executable DISTRIB.part1.exe.
Choose a place for extract all. Then run instalar.exe.
